At Xmex Clothing Pvt. Ltd, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to mostly all destinations within India.

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 7 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

A Single Flat Rate Of INR 100 For Orders INR 1000 and above.

VAT 6% for Mumbai Location

CST 2% for other location in India

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general, orders placed by noon EST will be processed within one business day. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed within two business days. Please note that during a launch of  a season or sale, orders may take up to one additional business day for processing due to high order volume.

Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 1 month of receipt, where goods are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and the selected carrier. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the e-mail or visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number into their tracking system.

You will need an account and orders must be placed under that account to track your orders on hangerproject.com. You may also contact customer service track your order.

 

Return & Exchange

 

Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. If by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from Xmex or are unhappy with the service or quality, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. By doing this, we also ensure that our main motto of a memorable shopping experience remains intact; we wish to be in your good books.

Claim for a refund

Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a refund, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:

  •          We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  •          There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  •          The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  •          Select your course
  •          You have 10 days (from the date you receive the parcel) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund or you need to exchange the product. 
  •          Also you can call our customer care at 09833327111 (Timing: 11 AM-6.30 PM Daily).

You may be asked to send a courier back to our address using the spare tamper proof packet provided to you along with your order. 
To get the courier charges refunded, you need to attach a copy of the courier bill.


Some Do’s and Don’ts

  •          Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
  •          You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if applicable).
  •          All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
